The 21st century is the century of woman. Investing in the young women of today means a better world for tomorrow. The 2050 firmly believes that the more empowerment women receive today, the better the world will be able to cope with the problems of the future.
When we look back at the past century we cannot help but notice that the liberation of women, which has occurred at large, has not only benefited society and industry, but the children and the earth as well. As the rate of women who receive an education increases, we can be certain that the female leaders of tomorrow will be plenty.
At 2050, we pay attention to the countries
where there is a rapid increase rate of population
and wide spread of poverty. That is why we have committed ourselves to
offering scholarship program for girls in
rural areas of selected countries such as
Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Myanmar and
Nepal.
There is nothing more effective in the eradication
of poverty than the increase in levels
of
education. We must give children the opportunity to
have access to education, which is increasingly
made possible through donations to the
2050
Scholarship Fund. All donations are welcome, whether small
or large.
